Dr. Swekriti comes from the spiritual land of Nepal, a place deeply rooted in ancient wisdom and healing traditions passed down through generations.
She is an Ayurveda physician and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Tribhuvan University. With experience working in different resorts and wellness centres, she has developed a strong interest in holistic wellness and the practical application of Ayurveda for everyday wellbeing. Alongside her wellness practice, she is also passionate about teaching and sharing the knowledge of Ayurveda in a simple and accessible way.
